System of Wire Rope Hoist used in double girder bridged ceiling cranes or gantry cranes. Carriage cranes which are possible to see in almost every factory today have become an indispensible part of the industrial world. Carriage cranes which have standard production from xxx tons to 150 ton capacity are capable of moving on 6 axes. As requested production of process cranes with special designs is also available. Their production is available up to class FEM 3m according to their location of use capacities and specifications and they have PLANET, HORIZONTAL and DUAL HOOK series.

The hoisting reducers are planet for this series, produced for up to Max. 25ton capacity. Their production up to class FEM 2m is available. These systems which provide ease of use and installation in areas where hoisting height is important and there are low ceiling heights are frequently used systems in the machine production and iron and steel sectors. This series occupies a max. 450mm over the bridge rail and thus lower the distance the crane system shall be used. In these systems the hoisting reducer is seated inside the drum.

The horizontal series which is produced to the desired tonnages, starting at a capacity of 10 tons, is used in systems operating 7/24 where there are particularly difficult conditions. The horizontal series the production of which is realized according to the required equipment on sites where crane characteristics are important have high quality of mechanical hardware on the horizontal series which provide ease of use in heavy work environments such as IRON&STEEL, ROLLING PLANTS, SHIPYARDS, FOUNDRIES etc. With also coolers coupled to the system when necessary depending on the ambient temperatures, the horizontal series eliminate losee of time to arise from failures.

They are auxiliary hooked systems used for the purpose of rapidly lifting low tonnage loads in places on crane systems operating in heavy-duty conditions.  The auxiliary hooks in these systems may as well as being used to lift light loads by themselves, they may also used to jointly hoisting or rotating the list by operating in synchronization with the main hook (for example, in Foundries). Generally in many of high capacity cranes small capacity auxiliary hooks are preferred to either improve rapidness or different purposes depending on the location.
