The monorail cranes are a model of the planet series, which produced for  up to Max. 20ton capacity. Their production up to class FEM 2m is standard available.

They can be 1/1, ½, ¼, or 1/6 cable fitted. They are generally preferred in small tonnage system due to their swiftness.

Standard Monorail Hoists

They can be operated as a machine group under simple l profiles which can be found in almost any factory or on mono-girder traveling cranes. These models which generally move fast are frequently preferred in narrow spaces which are not suitable for installation and operation of traveling cranes. 

The hoisting group of the system consists of planet model reducers. They can be designed according to the characteristics and situation the location where used or the works to be performed.

Rotating Carriage Monorail Hoists

If the area where the crane will be installed will change axes in the hot position and this place is not suitable for the installation and use of traveling crane, rotating trolley monorail cranes operating on curved l profiles can be used in such locations. The rotation circle of the support l joist should have a minimum 1500mm radius. There are two separate carriage groups in this system. Both carriage groups can be fitted with a reducer according to the drum size which is based on the hoisting height. One of the carriage groups has fixed connection and the other is a rotating joint carriage seated with an axial bearing. Here, the rotating joint carriage enables the crane to easily turn in the corners

Low Headroom Monorail Hoists

It is used in monorail systems where hoisting height is important. It is mounted on the side4 of the drum carriage group; according to the situation a balancing weight can be made on the other side. With these systems up to 500mm can be gained from the hoisting height as compared to standard monorail cranes.
