We are using planet reduction gear and horizontal reducer in hoisting systems. Planet reducers' torque power and efficiency are higher as compared to other reducers, because they are hidden inside the drum by their design they both provide an esthetic appearance to the carriage and because the drum operates horizontally with the girders the load is distributed equally on the girders and the system during lifting and lowering and provides a sound operation. Main bodies of our planet reducers are steel cast, their gear materials are forged from 8620 steel and machined sensitively in CNC machines and cemented, the gears are seated in the bearings.
